ABC Family had ordered more of the veteran comedy.

ABC Family has picked up 10 more episodes for the current season of its longest-running comedy, Baby Daddy. The extra episodes double Season 5's count to 20, which is closer in-line with previous years.
Baby Daddy has continued its strong performance on the network, ranking as the summer's #2 cable TV comedy in the Women 18-34 demographic.
