The sophomore drama gets topped up.
November 23, 2015
The CW has topped up Season 2 of iZombie, ordering an additional six episodes of the Tuesday night drama. The network had originally picked up 13 episodes of the sophomore series, matching its first-season total.
Solid ratings through the first half of the season boosted The CW's confidence in the show, which was upgraded to a regular season entry in 2015-2016 rather than the mid-season status it premiered with back in March. The extra episodes up iZombie's current season to a total of 19 episodes.

This is a fun show and I'm happy to see it'll have more episodes than last season. It just keeps getting better. Now, if only they would kill off Major. He's the one character that I just don't like.

I tried 2 episodes and found it to be a standard cop show with the usual twist to try and make it more interesting - in this case it's a zombie rather than having a photographic memory, or being a professor, or having mysterious tattoos....

The only thing better would be if they said there is gonna be a third season. What a fun show.

great. all these great shows have died lately. And this one is going strong. The lead actress really carries this show , the rest of the cast is great too though congrats.

Yay!! Really like this show. I was still on the fence after season 1, but season two has been rather engaging and entertaining. I look forward to watching more episodes.
