the show is outgrowing Jess because Jess refuses to grow or learn from any of her ridiculous antics. yea, we get it, adorable clueless nerd... yawn. Regan was a better replacement, she fit perfectly into the cast as the "anti-jess". jess used to be endeering and adork-able. now she's a whiny know it all who never learns from any of her experiences.

Jess keeps doing things that are wrong, is told they are wrong or not to do them, and still does them. After a while it gets to be less cute and more grating. Megan Fox listened to people. She was surprisingly good at being a 180 difference to Jess. She actually gave the other characters\actors something to work off. By the end of her run I was hoping Jess had decided not to return. I am glad this show got renewed, but it has become one of the shows that outgrows it's "main star".

I agree.. I actually think the show was a bit better with Megan Fox than it is with Zoey. The "I love lucy" aspect that Zoey brings gets a little tiresome at times.

I thought Married With Children was a FOX live action comedy show that lasted 11 seasons.

Good news I guess. Jess needs to go on jury duty again and Reagan needs to come back. I never thought I'd want to see Megan Fox again. She did well.
