The early pickup comes ahead of the Season 3 premiere.

TV Land announced today that it has given another early renewal to Younger, picking up the drama for a fourth season. The good news comes just five months after the cable network ordered a third season of show, which was given a premiere date today of September 28.
Another 12 episodes were ordered for Season 4 of Younger, which matches the count of its first three seasons. Look for Season 4 in 2017.

@Terri & @Pope...you both certainly don't have to watch this show as you've made it clear you don't care for it, but there are those of us out here who DO thoroughly enjoy Younger and wait for it's return.
It's true, one does have to suspend one's belief in reality to go with the premise of this series, but for heaven's sake, zombies, witches and traveling around in a dead person's mind right after death? Got to suspend your belief in reality to watch those shows, too.
We like the interaction of the characters in this series, regardless of whether she looks 40 or 26. Plus the actors all have good chemistry as a cast and the production values are top notch.
This show has been renewed for another season for a reason....it's popular and has good ratings. That's because there are lots of people out here watching it who feel the same way as I do about it.

They took off The Exes to put this stupid, stupid show on. I hate TV Land!

What happens when she's a 60 year old supposedly turning 40??? (She sure looks 40 to me -- a good 40, but still 40).
