The comic-based drama ends after Season 2.
August 3, 2016
It was announced today that Powers has been cancelled by Playstation Network after two seasons. The comic-adapted series was PSN's first original scripted entry, premiering in early 2015 and airing two 10-episode seasons.
The show's creator, Brian Michael Bendis, took to Twitter with the news this morning. He did note, however, that comic book format of Powers will continue at Marvel.

I thought it was a good show with a good concept-Maybe every episode wasn't Great, but even the Great series have episodes that aren't always up to par---THIS one should have been RESOLVED before ending it!!!

This show is so bad. I will hate watch practically anything to the end once I start, but after struggling through the first season I gave up half way into s02e01. Just awful.

Steven it wouldn't only be on one platform. I watched it on Crackle for free. It's just like how you can rent or buy Netflix originals on Xbox live digital on demand or at Walmart. There in it to make money no matter who put up the money and produced it. DVD, digital, blu-Ray, purchased, rented don't matter gimme gimme gimme.
My opinion of the series? pretty much to sum it up, I watched it for free on Crackle and I want my free back. It was awful and worse is the few who like it claim it gets better. It is a mean way of making others suffer through it cause beginning to end it was awful.

Until I saw this posting I didn't even know Sony was making original content for the PSN. Lol, uninformed. It seems kinda pointless. Why spend all that money to develop and make programs that would only stream on one platform?

WTF? This was a very good show. An engaging and unique story about superheroes, former superheroes, wannabes and those that interact closely with them.

The show is/was available on iTunes after it's done airing on the Playstation network. They just waited for the entire season to air before moving it there. It's an easier watch on iTunes... but, well... I'm not paying for a Playstation Plus membership AND then paying for each and every episode on iTunes too.

Im sure the show itself was good and that it was a good concept on paper... its just, for the life of me, I could not figure out how to download it to my PS2...
