TBS has announced that another season of Full Frontal with Samantha Bee has been ordered. The weekly news comedy program will now be continuing to air through 2017, with an upcoming move to Wednesday nights beginning January 11.
Full Frontal has been a solid performer for the network with an average of roughly 740,000 viewers during initial airings. Host Samantha Bee has helped grow the show's audience this year, making a name for herself as one of the more talked-about TV personalities in 2016.

@bub... really? Where are all the funny extreme right-wing shows? Are you under a rock pal? Don't you know that only liberals are allowed to be bigots, racists, and mock people. Look around... who has been beating people up because of their political choices.

Sadly it does not stack up against shows like The Daily Show or The Colbert Report. She just isn't very funny. I really wanted to love this show but I don't even like it. Gave up and quit watching.

Can't believe this show was renewed. The humor is not good, I didn't like her on the daily show either. There are so many good shows that do not get renewed, renew 1 of those and put it in this timeslot. Another idea is to get rid of her and put in a more talented female comedian. I would watch a show with Iliza Shlesinger. She could inspire with her comedy and her feminist views.

Liberal hack pandering to the pompous and simple minded alike. For a group that lectures about stereo typing and inclusion they sure reduce anyone that disagrees with them to a caricature.

I wanted to like this show because I loved the Cobert Report and The Daily Show, which is what I'm assuming they are going for with this one, but it's just not very funny. Not saying it doesn't have its moments here and there, but overall it doesn't stack up.

I agree with you Aethn. This show is just a wannabe show like Cobert and the Daily Show. I don't find her funny so I quit watching.

The Cobert Report was funny ... this show is just garbage with left over wannabe hacks cut from The Daily Show, which btw The Daily Show is pure garbage now too, since Jon Stewart left.

The wonderfully nasty Samantha Bee did NOT come out of nowhere. She was a correspondent on The Daily Show for years. Definitely glad to see that this show was renewed, but agree w/ Pope, we'll have to see where it goes post-election.

The biggest problem with the Trump victory is that it mistakenly causes bigots and racists to think they are justified in their backwoods, hillbilly, opinions. I'm all for putting a brake on the "politically correctness' that's run rampant for decades... but racists are still racists. This show is funny. Don't agree with it all the time... but it's funny :) Now.. what channel is that FUNNY extreme right-wing show on???? Can't seem to find one anywhere.
