No Season 3 for the spin-off drama.
May 14, 2017
It is being reported tonight that CBS has cancelled Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders after two seasons. The news comes just days ahead of the show's now-series finale on May 17.
The procedural drama premiered last year, where it was a decent performer as a mid-season entry on Wednesday nights. Season 2 told a different story though, as its ratings slipped low enough not to warrant a pickup for 2017-2018.
Beyond Borders is the second spin-off in the Criminal Minds franchise, and while it fared better than 2011's Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior, it still didn't do much to follow in the footsteps of the original series, which was recently renewed for Season 13.

Well this feaking sucks! Love this show, and with the struggles the original CM is going through with the twists and turns, actually prefer this one....not happy that this one didn't get renewed.
Stop cancelling good shows and keeping crap.

How on earth do you cancel a stellar show like CM Beyond Borders while crap like all the reality stuff and junk like Quantico keep going? I used to really look forward to this show, which was one of the only intelligent shows left.

Really? You've kept some stupid shows and cancelled Beyond Borders? You TV Execs are stupid!!! Get someone in there who can recognize REAL TALENT, as in the cast of Beyond Borders. This is a great show with an awesome cast, and you knuckleheads cancel, just like you did to Suspect Behavior, another GREAT spin-off!!! Boy, you all need to WATCH what you actually put on TV! Your decision SUCKS!!!!!

This just ticks me off. Really? Gary Sinise is the bomb and you cancel his show? I love the original CM but this had fresh international storylines. They had a great cast. You can bet I will follow Gary to his next project though. Watches the run of CSI NY, watched his run with CM Beyond Borders, and look forward to his next endeavor.

Cancelled? I means there's like 50 (not literally) NSIC's and Chicago PD, MEd etc etc but we can't have 2 Criminal Minds? I liked this season too.

I was hoping "Beyond Borders" would be kept as a 13 ep Spring show. They desperately need good shows by then, and this certainly qualifies. Oh well

Incredible! A good quality show and it gets cancelled?!?!
You renew the bad ones where yhe actors cannot act and cancel good quality acting. Maybe you have forgotten what good acting is all about...

This was a Good Show - Decent scripts and acting !! Network execs have no clue as to what is entertaining !!
