The comedy has been picked up for a 10th season.
August 3, 2017
At today's TCA session for the upcoming revival of Will & Grace, NBC announced that the Emmy Award-winning comedy has been renewed for an additional season - its 10th. The early pickup comes two months ahead of the Season 9 premiere and is more good news for the revered comedy, which was brought back to life back in January when the network officially ordered a new season with its original cast.
Will & Grace premiered in 1998 and during its eight years on the air became a staple in the peacock network's Must See TV comedy lineup on Thursday nights. Rumors of a revival originally began swirling last fall, when the cast reunited for an online special urging Americans to vote in the upcoming presidential election. And while that was done without any involvement from NBC, it was enough for the network to start thinking about a revival.
Today's Season 10 renewal is for 13 episodes in the 2018-2019 season. The episode count for this fall's ninth season was also extended today and now comes in at 16 episodes.

Yuck! I loathe that liberal loon leftard Debra Messing. They should have nixed the rest of the cast & just did a show about Karen. I WILL NOT be watching!

Awesome! They must feel very confident with the episodes they have shot! Obviously I'm sure test audiences are loving it too! It's a good climate right now for this show! We need positive, funny & uplifting material on TV to support the LGBTQ community

With the people involved, the script will be 90% Trump bashing and the rest advancing the LGBT Gay Agenda.

Just seems a little premature.

I really liked this show. Not sure if bringing it back will do it justice. but I'll root for them! The rehashed/rebooted show gimmick is getting old across all networks.

Yes, good show and one less reality show for it's spot.

Reason #1003 to never watch NBC programming: If you awake from a ten year coma and there is still no new shows on TV to watch
