The workplace comedy will be back for 2018-2019.
February 21, 2018
NBC announced today that Superstore has been picked up for a fourth season. The comedy is currently in the midst of Season 3, where it has continued its consistently solid performance for the network on Thursday nights. In fact, this season to-date it is actually up 6% in the adults 18-49 demographic compared to a year ago.
Superstore follows the antics of a diverse group of employees at a big-box mega store. Since its premiere as a mid-season entry in 2015, the series has proven itself as one of NBC's signature comedies. Its sharp writing and witty humor have resonated with audiences and garnered acclaim from critics.
Today's Season 4 renewal is for another 22 episodes, matching its third-season order. Look for a premiere this fall.

Glad to see the show continue as it’s been pretty decent for mindless watch, but the similarities in storyline to The Office are too present to fully engage.

Every episode if you’ve ever worked a customer service/retail job you can totally relate to the things you have to deal with for not nearly enough money. Happy to hear
