The animated comedy will return this fall.
May 12, 2018
It is being reported that Fox has picked up Bob's Burgers for a ninth season. The veteran Emmy Award winner has maintained a solid fan base over the years, airing as part of the network's comedy lineup on Sunday nights in the unconventional 7:30pm time slot.
The animated comedy will reach the 150 episode mark by the end of its current season - an impressive accomplishment for any television show. A film adaptation is also said to be in the works for a release in 2020.
Look for Season 9 of Bob's Burgers this fall.

I used to like this.. but it ran out of steam around season 4. I still catch it every now and then, but the constant reuse of the same actors for different character voices (merely within this show, let alone other animated shows) has become apparent. So sick of Jon Benjamin's voice everywhere (adding a lisp doesn't make it different)... There's no voice diversity within this single show. You can listen to even a new character and tell.. well that's John Roberts faking a new voice... or that's Kristen Schaal trying to not sound like Louise.
