The comedy's final run premiered tonight.
July 1, 2019
It is being reported that Divorce will be ending after its current third season. The news arrives as the comedy kicks off its now-final six-episode run, which will air through August 5.
The half-hour series premiered in 2016 and marked Sarah Jessica Parker's return to television after a 12-year absence since Sex and the City went off the air. The show has been a decent performer for the cable network, receiving mixed reviews from critics.
In Divorce, Parker stars as Frances, a middle-aged woman who suddenly realizes that her current life needs reassessment, including her marriage. But with a family that includes two kids and over a decade of wedlock, making a fresh start is harder than she thought.

SJP has always had a dull acting skill. I’m trapped watching this with my loved one lol.

Season 3 has got a groove going, it’s a shame to see it’s ending production. I’ve laughed my way through all 4 of it’s current episodes.. I got sucked in with Season 1.. 2 was a little less funny but now it feels like it’s found it’s legs. Go out with a bang I guess.

The show was MUCH better when they were arguing and fighting.. it was actually funny. Now all this over-emotional, melodramatic, "life isn't' fair" stuff its just a drag. Watch.. by the end of season 3 they are back together.

Haven't started season 3 yet, but thought the first couple of season were good but not great. Strange though how many shows I watched on HBO have now ended or have been cancelled this year. GOT, Crashing, Veep, VICE, Problem areas and now Divorced. Probably wouldn't keep them if I wasn't getting it for $5/mo.

I’m not shocked after an 18 month absence. Season 3 started out a little quirky.

I watched a bit of the first season, but found it boring. I'm surprised that they did three seasons. Loved SJP in Sex and the City, hope she finds another show more suited to her talents.

Meh... it's bot a bad show. but it ain't anywhere near a "must see". It won't be missed. Season 2 was lackluster at best.. and the first episode of season 3 was just as lackluster.

I guess you could say this show was divorced.
