No Season 2 for the summer drama.

It is being reported that ABC has cancelled Grand Hotel after just one season. The sad news comes less than a month after the drama's freshman finale, which finally provided answers to the ongoing mystery but also left viewers with a cliffhanger that will now never be resolved.
The series followed the family-owned Riviera Grand Hotel in Miami Beach - a five-star establishment that has allowed the owners to enjoy a life of luxury. But as wealthy and beautiful guests come and go from the picture perfect hotel, growing debt, sordid scandals, and shocking secrets keep the owners and staff plenty busy behind the scenes.

I wish ABC would give their shows more than one season. This Show was really fun to watch. ABC didn’t give this show a chance ... just like they didn’t give 666 Park Avenue a chance.

I really enjoyed this show. Kind of a modern day Dynasty, but honestly I was not sure how long it will last. It really have potential, but wasn’t sure how much of the audience it will capture and hold on to. Apparently it was not enough. Very sad about that, but I will have to give kudos to Eva Langoria for releasing something very jive and I look forward to her future projects.

I really enjoyed the show and couldn’t wait for the next episode. What happened to letting a show have 2 seasons before even thinking of shutting it down. ABC made a bad decision. Maybe another network or streaming will pick it up...hope so.

Once again ABC drops the ball. Grand Hotel was better than any other show on ABC. I can't believe that they drop the one show that actually made me want more every episode. Way to go!! You guy's don't have a clue.

And this is why I watch Amazon and Netflix. Anything decent on network TV for the summer is cancelled. #screwem!

I don't get ABC decision with pulling this show. It's summer time nobody is watching anyway so why not keep a decent rating show that will only grow as more people watch it online. Another poor decision by them

Leave itto ABC to cancel another good show. This was a great summer fill in when nothing else is on but repeats, reality shows or game shows.

Loved Grand "Hot"el. Closed up storylines nicely. Erase cliff hanger out of mind and move on.
