The veteran drama will say good-bye this year.
January 13, 2020
Showtime announced today during their TCA presentation that Shameless has been renewed for an eleventh and final season. The pickup, which comes in the midst of Season 10, will see that the drama has plenty of time to craft a proper and fitting end to its storylines.
The cable network's longest-running series, Shameless has managed to stay creatively strong and draw solid viewership throughout its run. Though its ratings aren't what they were in earlier years, it remains the cable network's top-performing series.
William H. Macy stars in Shameless as a deadbeat alcoholic father of six children. He survives by relying on unlawful schemes while leaving his kids to fend for themselves.
Look for the 11th and final season of Shameless to premiere this summer.

Awesome show! Sad to see it go after watching it for so long and watching them all grow up.

Guess it had to end sometime. Wouldn't mind a spin off with anyone, their all a mess and would provide great entertainment!!

@Steve S. You have a negative IQ which means you know less than nothing. A difficult feat for most, but it comes natural to you. Even by the pathetically low standards you deserve, you somehow continue to lower the bar.

Still absolutely loving this show 10 seasons in! One of my all time favourite shows ever. I even have the t-shirt with everyone’s names on which when I wear it I get many comments usually “what are all those names”! I’m like “oh come on you still haven’t heard or seen shameless what’s wrong with you”! So glad they are giving it the respect it deserves and allowing a great finale to be written.

@Chirs and Plop .... Bullshit. Frank doesn't look anywhere near as good naked as Fiona does. :) Without fiona there's been much less sex overall.

That girl you brought into our house bit off a dick!

I agree with Plop's comments. Frank's schemes keep the show interesting and funny, and he really is the star of the show--not Fiona. The show can go on without Fiona.

FYI.. the UK series this was based on ended at 11 seasons as well.. so...........
And frankly, without Fiona it's a bit drab. Frank is still great for story, as are V and Kevin.. but, Lip and Debbie aren't enough to carry this much further. Carl has promise but.. well.. that can only go so far.

I prefer the hands yanking my Johnson to be soft, petite, and wearing nail polish.
