It is being reported that The CW has picked up Coroner for a third season. The Canadian drama had already been renewed for Season 3 by Canada's CBC back in May, but today's news solidifies the show's stateside return.
The hour-long procedural follows mother and recent widow Dr. Jenny Cooper, who has just been appointed coroner in Toronto, tasked with investigating suspicious, sudden, or unnatural deaths. With help from a homicide detective, a pathologist, and her assistant, Jenny utilizes her intuition and intellect to solve tough cases.
Look for Season 3 of Coroner in 2021.

I like this show a lot so I'm happy to see the CW pick up season 3.
I just we had easier access to more Canadian shows...

Really enjoy this series! The characters are all so flawed, and some can truly be a hot mess! Makes it relatable, because the characters are all dealing with so much... no Superheroes here! A truly Canadian show!
