The thriller will return for Season 2.

HBO Max announced today that The Flight Attendant has been picked up for a second season. The good news comes just a day after the thriller wrapped its 8-episode freshman run, which garnered a healthy amount of critical praise and ranked as the streamer's top series during that time.
Based on Chris Bohjalian's 2018 novel of the same name, Season 1 of the series stars Kaley Cuoco as Cassie Bowden, a flight attendant who wakes up hungover in a Bangkok hotel room to find a dead body next to her. With no memories of what happened the night before, she sets out to unravel the mystery of what actually happened.
Season 2 of The Flight Attendant will follow Cassie in an entirely new adventure. Look for a return in early 2022.

Great for Kaley C. I must admit, I barely made it through the first season, not because of Kaley, but due to the story. Actually, I watched Eps. 1-4, then 8, as I just didn't have the patience and interest. I think I could've handled a 4-episode story line instead. Perhaps S2's story-line will be of more interest to me. It's great seeing Kaley C. and generally like her mannerisms/personality/nuances.
