OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced today that Queen Sugar has been renewed for a sixth season. The good news comes a month ahead of the drama's Season 5 premiere, which is scheduled for mid-February.

Co-created and executive produced by Oprah Winfrey, Queen Sugar follows estranged sisters who reunite in Louisiana after inheriting their father's sugarcane farm.

Season 5 of Queen Sugar premieres on Tuesday, February 16. Look for Season 6 later this year.
