The new drama will return for a second season.
March 2, 2021
The CW announced today that Superman & Lois has been renewed for Season 2. The good news comes exactly one week after the premiere of the comic-based drama, which garnered strong enough numbers to give the network its best night of primetime viewing in two years.
Based on the well-known DC Comics characters, the series offers a different take on the superhero genre. After spending years fighting supervillains and alien invaders, the Man of Steel, aka Clark Kent, and Lois Lane are now dealing with one of their greatest challenges: being working parents in today's society and wondering whether their sons could inherit their father's Kryptonian superpowers. Returning to Smallville to handle some family business, Clark and Lois become reacquainted with Lana Lang, who is now married. Also, Lois' father is looking for Superman to take down a villain or save the day at a moment's notice.
Look for Season 2 of Superman & Lois in 2022.

I liked these Superman and Lois when they appeared previously in the Arrowverse, but this show is so… bad. The two kids ruin it. One of them reminded me of Kylo Ren, same charisma-void.
And is this even supposed to be part of the Arrowverse? New suit, teenage kids (Lois was pregnant last time we saw her), no mention of the other heroes -especially Supergirl- at all…

Loved the first episode, but they really need to tone down the make up on Jordan. His face was so distracting.

I agree! I loved her Grimm (I miss that show! There hasn’t been anything like it in a while), haven’t seen this yet but we will see, I might tune in.

duuuuuuuuuuuhh... all the CW has are the DC hero shows and with a couple ending they need time slot fillers.. this was going to be renewed no matter how it performed.

I didn’t think I was going to like this. I thought it was for little kids....wrong!! I did like it.

Get it. Write it down. Deal with it.
Bitsi Tulloch has many fans who root for her.
She's not going anywhere.

So after 1 episode, they renew for S2?!? Maybe if they replace Elizabeth Tulloch? Cannot stand her. She almost ruined Grimm for me. Literally the 2nd episode airs tonight. I don't get it.
Oh well. Happy viewing! :-)
