The Australian dramedy returns for its final run in May.

FX announced today that Mr Inbetween will be coming to an end after its upcoming third season. The news comes nearly a year after the Australian crime dramedy was renewed for Season 3, with a May premiere date now set for its final run.
Created and written by Scott Ryan, who also stars, Mr Inbetween follows Ray Shoesmith, a divorced father with anger issues. He does his best to raise his daughter while having a personal life, all while working as a criminal-for-hire.
The third and final season of Mr Inbetween premieres on Tuesday, May 25 at 10:00pm.

After he helped his brother commit suicide at end of S2, I thought it would end then. So whilst bittersweet it’s great we finally see the next part of Ray’s story.

Disappointing--I could see this show going for a couple of more seasons. Good ole Ray--he'll go out with a bang for sure.

That is sad news. The show is awesome. I've been waiting patiently for the 3rd season only to learn the number of the counting is 3.

That’s too bad. I’ve been waiting for it to return for months and months. I wonder why it’s ending. Well Ray already burned the house down and everything else. Total loser. But a fresh start and now a fast approaching final judgement. He’ll go out in flames with a bang I’m sure. Who will he bring with him?
