The political talk show earns another two seasons.

HBO announced today that Real Time with Bill Maher has been picked up for Seasons 21 and 22, extending its run through at least 2024. The veteran talk show has remained a steady performer for the cable network, due in-part to the country's increased interest in the current political landscape.
Hosted by comedian and political satirist Bill Maher, Real time is a weekly talk show featuring journalists, politicians, and celebrities who join Maher in discussing current events happening around the areas of politics and the media.

It's revelatory that snake oil salesmen Larry King promoted Bill Maher hundreds of times before he began peddling a wide array of expensive "life changing" supplements including garlic and calcium. Bill Maher is funny like garlic is funny and hyperventilation-induced cerebral hypoxia is funny.
