HBO announced today that Real Time with Bill Maher has been picked up for Seasons 15 and 16, extending its run through 2018. The talk show has been enjoying an uptick in viewership this season thanks to its coverage of the current presidential election, averaging over 4 million viewers in what is its most-watched season since 2003.

Season 15 of Real Time with Bill Maher will premiere on the cable network in 2017, with Season 16 following in 2018.
