The legal drama will be back in 2022.

OWN announced today that All Rise is being revived for a third season. The news comes four months after the legal drama was cancelled at its original network, CBS. Word is that 20 new episodes have been ordered for a return sometime next year.
The series premiered in 2019 and was a decent performer over the course of its run. However it was hit with behind-the-scenes controversy about a year ago when five writers reportedly left the show due to actions of showrunner Greg Spottiswood, who was subsequently fired.
All Rise follows the chaotic, but hopeful, lives of the judges, prosecutors, and public defenders at a Los Angeles courthouse as they work with clerks, bailiffs, and police to ensure justice is served to the city's people amidst a flawed legal process.

Just what we don't need, a show glorifying legislation from the bench rather than enforcement of the law. No wonder so mnay bad guys have "extensive criminal records." Just let 'em go.

Good news, didn't like it a lot at first, but it grew on me.

I never watched, but all those commercials with them wearing rediculous looking Wu Flu masks didn't make me want to start watching the show
