CBS announced today that NCIS: Hawai'i has been given a full season order. The good news reflects the drama's strong start through its first three episodes, which have averaged over 5 million viewers in the 10:00pm time slot on Monday nights.
The third spin-off of the 'NCIS' franchise, the series follows Special Agent Jane Tennant, who is the first female in charge of NCIS Pearl Harbor. She and her skilled team of mainland transplants and knowledgeable locals focus on investigating high-stakes crimes involving military personnel, national security, and the mysteries of the island itself.

This show is kinda boring. When the most interesting character is the one dad of one of the characters, you know a show is in trouble.

This show is woke because it wants peace, justice, and kindness. I guess woke is just another word for patriotism.

@Ben there are 4 total but New Orleans is completed as of last season. There was also JAG which spawned the original NCIS.

So far, it's ok. I do like NCIS, but I've I can get a better been getting bored with NCIS: LA. Maybe I'll like NCIS: Hawai'i maybe I won't. At least I'll get a better idea from more episodes.

What are you talking about? I am among the first to cry foul when the woke agenda rears its ugly head, but I am not getting that from this show.... yet. Is it because the leader of the team is female? Not a big deal tbh.

So many new shows need almost a full season for the cast and stories to gel. If I sort of like a show from the beginning, whether it be because of cast or story, I will give it time. This is one of those times.
