No Season 3 for the fantasy drama.

Word is out that Warrior Nun has been cancelled by Netflix after two seasons. Creator Simon Barry took to Twitter with the news, thanking the fans, cast, and production team for supporting the show. The fantasy drama released its sophomore run just last month.
Based on the manga-style comics by Ben Dunn, the series follows orphaned teenager Ava, who wakes up in a morgue with unexplainable powers. As she searches for answers, Ava realizes she is part of a secret society of warrior nuns, known as The Order of the Cruciform Sword, who are sworn to protect the world from evil. Now caught in the middle of an ancient war between good and evil, Ava has a new set of responsibilities as the chosen one.
I’ve just found out that @netflix will not be renewing #WarriorNun - my sincere appreciation to all the fans who worked so hard to bring awareness to this series, and for the love you showed me, the cast and the whole production team. It was a privilege to be a part of this. ❤️ pic.twitter.com/eZIBa4tJYm

1 - They cost a pittance to make compared to scripted shows
2 - They get eyeballs
Reality shows don't pay anybody anywhere near what the stars of scripted shows make. Plus if a scripted show gets popular, the stars are in line for big pay raises.
Reality shows can bring in fresh meat and pay them the same nothing they paid the previous fame-seekers.
Less money to make + more eyeballs on the show = Big Profit
And in the end, it's all about the money, not the art.
But it's ashame. Season two for getting interesting...
