No Season 3 for the crime drama.

It is being reported by What's on Netflix that Young Wallander has been cancelled after two seasons. The news comes over a year after the European drama released its 6-episode sophomore run.
Based on Henning Mankell's novels, the series is a reimagining follows the growing experiences of Inspector Kurt Wallander as a police officer in his early 20s in modern-day Sweden. Fresh out of the police academy, Wallander witnesses a heinous crime and is pulled into investigating it under the wing of superintendent Hemberg.

Season one was decent. The ultra-extreme-super-fast-job advancement was a bit unrealistic or believable. But the story over the season was good. I honestly haven't caught season 2 yet. The gaps between seasons are so long that interests move on.
