'America's Got Talent' Renewed For Season 19

America's Got Talent is coming back for a 19th season. The news came at the end of Wednesday night's finale, with host Terry Crews announcing that the show will be returning next year and that auditions are now open.

On the air since 2006, AGT still maintains its position as the summer's top-rated series, regularly beating out its time slot competition. The brand has even expanded with 'Champions,' 'Extreme,' and 'All-Stars' editions that have aired in recent years. A new 'Fantasy League' edition was announced just last week, set to premiere this coming January.

Look for Season 19 of America's Got Talent in spring 2024. The current lineup of judges - Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Heidi Klum, and Sofia Vergara - are all slated to return. Terry Crews will also be back as host.

Great more scripted generic judge comments with the same b roll of audience footage. It has become unwatchable. Not even judging anymore but just saying the talking points till the producers tell them to move on.

I still enjoy the show after all these years. I'm glad it's continuing.

There is something seriously wrong with this generation. Every movie, show and songs now are a remake of an original piece of work. A piece of art an artist put everything into, including their lifeblood. Then someone lazy comes along thinking they are owed something for nothing. Makes some edits (always for the worse for the record) and then call it their own.

Same goes for America's Got Talent, American Idol, The Bachelor....blah blah blah. It's talentless, hack garbage such as this that produces my previous point.

You want real talent or recognition, earn it yourself. Want to experience talentless scripted actors, watch a soap opera.

Or just a thought, pry yourself from the screen and enjoy the place outside your house...it's called the world!!!!
