No Season 3 for the horror comedy.

Word is out that Starz has cancelled Shining Vale after two seasons. The news comes three weeks after the horror comedy wrapped its 8-episode sophomore run. Co-creator Jeff Astrof took to X to let his followers know about the cancellation.
The half-hour series stars Courteney Cox as Pat Phelps, a former wild child who rose to fame by writing a raunchy female empowerment novel. Now 17 years later, Pat hasn't yet written her second novel, is unfulfilled in her marriage, and her teenagers want nothing to do with her. Looking for a fresh start, the family cashes in their savings and moves from the city to a large old house in a small town that has a troubled history. And for Pat, she seems to be the only one to notice that her new home is inhabited by demons.

Just finished S2. Too bad, I liked the finale and it would have been interesting to see where they went next.

Okay, first of all this show was a little quirky, but that’s what made it great and I really enjoyed it. My favorite character was Gaynor with her dry humor. Pat and Terry had great chemistry. Starz really needs to rethink this decision.

Seems like something for a miniseries or movie not a show with multiple seasons for years to wrap up

Probably should stop looking at this site to see if a show I'm enjoying has been cancelled and start only using it for the concluded show list to start watching something I know has an ending not just be left wondering what was gonna if it wasn't cancelled.
