No Season 4 for the spinoff series.

Word is out that CBS has cancelled NCIS: Hawai'i after three seasons. The news comes with just two episodes remaining in the drama's now-final run. At 10 episodes, this season was its shortest to date due to last year's writers strike. Co-creator Christopher Silber took to X with a statement expressing gratitude to the cast, writers, and crew.
Before today, the show remained the only scripted series at the network whose fate for the next season was undecided. At 54 total episodes, NCIS: Hawai'i is set to have the briefest duration of any series within the naval franchise so far.
The third spinoff in the NCIS universe, the show follows the first female in charge of NCIS Pearl Harbor and her skilled team of mainland transplants and knowledgeable locals. Together they focus on investigating high-stakes crimes involving military personnel, national security, and the mysteries of the island itself.
Four years ago, @JanNash100 @mattbosack and I started something very special. We joined with an incredible cast, amazing writers and crew... and gathered in Hawai'i to make a show. But ended up creating an ohana. I'm so grateful to you all.https://t.co/RwnvCNDt8d

No, but really--are you from 1983? "Gays?" Grow up.
It joins NCIS: New Orleans and NCIS: Los Angeles, gone to “costs”.
After all, how else are they going to pay for the next two dozen spinoffs, such as “NCIS: Antarctica” or “NCIS: International Space Station”?
I'm still bummed about this.
I will say, this show suffered for two reasons--they did too much of what killed New Orleans (and original flavor NCIS) by focusing so much on Tennant's backstory. We need to see them work together as a team first. Show, not tell. There was too much telling. Then add to that the interpersonal stuff wasn't compelling. It was cute, but not interesting.
Then they abandoned a bunch of storylines to introduce MORE new characters and then added Sam from Los Angeles. The show just never had an identity outside of being a cop show in Hawai'i, and we've had a ton of those. It was ultimately, flavorless.
