Supernatural needs to get back to it's roots. Bloody Mary, A painting that kills whomever purchases it, A killer Clown. All we see now is Crowley, Crowley, Crowley. It used to be The Cas Chronicles and before that, the Gates of Hell every week. I prefer something fresh each week and not this keep your head down and follow the breadcrumbs mentality programming.

where can they possibly go with the story? i would rather the show go out triumphantly than wither and die the way it is now. the writing is just awful. season 5 couldn't be topped. i predict a disappointing ending to the entire series.

went downhill after season 5. season 7 was the worst

can i just say how bad this season is.
i'm surprised this show is still running.
don't get me wrong, this show used to be my favorite, but now they are just trying to push it for money.
i wished the show ended at season 5. it really was the perfect ending. they had the ultimate fight, won the battle, and dean was able to have what he always wanted. not to mention, they implied who god was. and not to be left out, it implied that god saved sam, bc the brothers deserved it. (i know his is not the explanation the directors gave in season 6, but if you just watch the last ep of season 5, you'll see what i'm talking about). it was the perfect ending; they even left room for imagination. i wished they ended the series, instead of pushing it out. the show would have been more popular that way.

supernatural is my favorite show it's always intense sometimes comedic you know what's going to happen it gets better each season I love Casio is want to do anything for the brother he already dyed 5 * for them I was sad to see Bobby I leave he's like a father figure to them and kept them straight on a pack Sam and Dean always have personal problems but they work it out the Winchester brothers are amazingI hope the season 9 coming out I can wait to see it is always sad to see your friends die as well and I want to know what happened to there mother and father soul they been into heaven hell and purgatory there not there season 9 is going to be actually packing and exciting I can't wait to see it

I don't care what anybody says. Supernatural is and always has been my favorite show since the very beginning!!

Season 7 was the worst by far and now we are halfway into season 8 and its not much better. Supernatural has been falling down the ladder and was far better off to end it at season 5 then to milk it. Its unwatchable now and making a joke out of the whole thing. Stop milking it and give us back better scripts and directors who know how to direct.

The first 5 seasons were best bec it was written for 5 seasons. After that they've pretty much been making it up as they go. Season 7 wasn't great bec they thought it would be best if they went back to basics, like seasons 1&2, and so they relegated all the others to 'special guest stars'. Including Baby. Tsk. Obviously they realized tht was a stupid idea, and everyone's back. Except Bobby who they reeeaaalllly killed. Doesn't happen often here. And where's Meg? Anyway, yeah, the comedy's off (nothing like the fairy ep) the writing's weird (what's with all the flashbacks?), they're dragging things out (how many eps ended with me yelling "OK, but where's the dam angel?" and really, the boys at each other's throats again?? Dean took a year off, neither of them has even mentioned Adam being trapped in hell, and they let the vampire Lenore live, so I fail to see what they have to argue about.
Still love the boys, though.

I would be shocked if there was a season 9 because all the episodes in season 8 are really lacking what the first and second season had... Hart and comedy. And is it just me or dose Jared look like a chick from hairspray with his too long hair?!!!!!!

The episode "Bitten" was the worst ever. After 20 minutes I switched to another channel. If the show continues to go this route I predict there won't be another season.
