Jon & Kate Plus 8 began in 2007 as a reality series following the lives of the Gosselin family, which consisted of husband and wife Jon and Kate, plus their eight children including fraternal twins and sextuplets.
The series focused on the family's daily life, highlighting the challenges of raising such a large number of kids.
After Jon and Kate separated in 2009, the series continued on under a new name: Kate Plus 8. It followed a similar format, but this time focusing on Kate getting on with life as a divorced mother raising her eight children.

Oh god its back.... This lady needs help! Her and her ex-husband have 6 kids plus the 2 from his last marriage. They show their "Crazy lifestyle" for all the world to see. Show gets cancelled for a bit then comes back with the mom as the big star. The husband gets screwed. She makes all the money from the tv show. 22 grand is child support from the husband. She quits her job as a nurse to be a stay at home mom for the kids. Hires a cook and probably some other hired help.
To sum it all up: Here's a show about a woman with 8 kids who she chooses to raise alone without the father, Sues the dad for money. She makes more than 1 Million dollars a year off this show alone and the child support. She makes more money in a year than most people do in their entire lives. Spoiled rotten!

Yay!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been waiting for this for years. Can't see why anyone would watch that shrew and her bunch of rug rats. It's finally over. Whew!

Just saw this and Thank God! I was glued in the beginning too...the coupons and shopping and struggle with money and how horrible she treated Jon and how long could he take it? Then it boom changed to vacation here vacation there....the cook is making dinner while the maid does this and Kate's at the day spa with the girls......
