A drama following a surgeon who questions the meaning of life after he begins seeing his deceased ex-wife.
Michael is a brilliant and charismatic surgeon whose ex-wife has passed away. When she appears to him from the hereafter, Michael starts learning the meaning of life and his place in the world. His work-obsessed and materialistic lifestyle may not be the road he is meant to travel.

So sad to see this one cancelled. It was a great show. I liked the cast too, great cast. CBS should reconsider this show.

O.K. are you freakin' kidding me CANCELLED A Gifted Man is a fantastic show love the stories love the acting, well written......Damn what is wrong with these networks do they even care that we get into a show for the first season and because maybe not enough people get hooked right away bamm it is cancelled....I hate to say it but that is why new shows are not staying on because they cancel them way too fast, people don't want to waste thier very vaulable time.....FOR NOTHING!!!!

This was one of the greatest shows and now it is also cancelled I definitely stop watching CBS they prefer reality shows instead not a good policy.

A Gifted Man" was a FANTASTIC show. I am getting very tired of scripted shows being terminated TOO EARLY, to make way for reality tv. There ARE some viewers over the age of 25, who LOVE scripted Dramas!!! Now "Private Practice" has been cancelled also? Very upsetting!!!

Went on-line today to find out which of my favorite shows was axed and saw A Gifted Man. *#$%&^!!!!! But, what do we expect from a big three network?? This show was truly a winner, but some young idiot at CBS decided we needed another lame-brained comedy or stupid reality show, so something had to pay the price. Why not take off a really good program? But CBS has been doing this since way back in the 50's, so why change now?

I am a ohysician who occasionally worjs in a free clinic, and i thought the show was very well written, engaging, and well acted. Some shows lose their ideas in writing, but the show always seemed to come in with new ideas. Ir was a mistake to cancel this show.

I am SOOOOO disappointed that you cancelled A Gifted Man. I looked forward to watching this every week. I record it when I will not be home so I don't miss any of it. So refreshing to have a show that was interesting!
