A drama focused on the Bunnies who work at Chicago's legendary Playboy Club in the 1960s.
Step inside The Playboy Club, a seductive world of beauty and service, where one can rub shoulders with infamous mobsters, politicos and entertainers of the 1960s.
But with all these larger-than-life ambitions come even greater problems for the Bunnies who work at the club. Whether it's covering up an accidental murder, hiding an explosive personal life, or running from a dangerous past, it seems everyone has a secret.

I was very dissapointed this show was cancelled. I think if maybe another network would have considered taking the show to a more acceptable time slot and to standard cable; the show would have had a better chance of longevity. I was one of the many that was hooked from the pilot episode. There is a lot of garbage on tv and I really wished The Playboy Club to become a CLASSIC. Alot of shows have come and gone; for obvious reasons, but this show had a an actual plot that was interesting and juicy. For those haters....Don't like it! Don't watch it!

This crime drama wasn't cancelled because of a few Christian/family groups protested. It was cancelled because of lousy ratings. It happens people, and I did like what I saw so far up until it went off the air.

Another good show cancelled. Was not even given a chance. My understanding is 1% or less complained. That is all it takes this day and age. Not the fact that 99% might like something or is for something.

Cant believe it was canceled. This was my new addiction. I cant believe they cancel after a few episodes. I think they should at least let the season run its course! Sometimes people need some time to latch on or get into a show!!!!

This was a good show that got a bad report because of its title. It was not demeaning to women like a few loud mouths wanted everyone to believe.

Why oh why? Another potentially great show is cancelled. After watching the pilot episode, I was hooked. I am originally from Chicago and loved the scenery and area shots from back in the 1960's. I was only a baby in the 60's, but grew up in the city to appreciate it's beauty that surrounded the sometimes corrupt city. Plot lines and actors were superb. Bring it back! Please!!!

Who makes the decision to cancel shows? You need to get a life and leave some good shows on TV.

I am MAJOR disappointed this show was cancelled. So little on tv worth watching anymore - from my research, the number suggested it should NOT have been cancelled. The cancellation had more to do with politics than ratings I think,

I agree, Colette, Eddie Cibrian's Nick Dalton is "Playboy Club"'s Don Draper, and that was one of the things that made the show cool. This show had great potential. That era and segment of population was ripe with possible (and credible) story lines. (Not like the stewardess/CIA spy in "Pan Am." I mean, really.)
I thought the acting and the era costumes/styling/sets in "Playboy" were spot on. It was richly done. Too bad it was cancelled.
