I agree with the other comments regarding the cancellation of Longmire. What were you thinking???? I do hope some other network picks up this great show.

Sorry to see Longmire go the same way that they did for The Glades. Leave you hanging with what happened. Shame on you A&E. Not interested in the current "reality" type shows you have left in your line up. Buh-Bye!! If it gets picked up by another network, they will earn my loyalty.

A&E - You don't deserve the title "Arts"; I suggest you change your network name to Trash Entertainment. Cancelling Longmire, your only show with any depth, well-thought out episodes, characters you cared about, and some social value, leaves you with shows that indicate the IQ of your executives running TE.
I'm deleting TE, previously known as A&E, from my channel menu. I will not consider even looking at what you have to offer.
When people realize how shallow and low brow your selected programming is, you'll be scrambling - looking for worthwhile programming. Thanks for considering your audience. You don't deserve a worthy show like Longmire on your channel.
Good bye A&E.

Please cancel the cancellation! This is one of the finest programs we have had available. My family looked forward to the next episode every week. Please bring it back.

I can picture a&e mgmt sitting at a conference table patting themselves on the backs for making the "tough decision." That wasn't it. The tough decision would have been leaving on a quality program that appealed to a varied audience regardless of your demographic analysis. No more a&e for me.

Unbelievable that you would cancel such a popular show that appealed to all ages of both males and females. Shame on whoever made that very unpopular decision. Why didn't they instead find additional programming that would appeal to the same loyal audience???? since many commented that Longmier was the only reason they tuned to A&E. Hopefully, someone with some SMARTS will reverse this very unpopular decision.

Never missed a Longmire episode had it recorded on DVR...one of the greatest shows on tv...but since you think otherwise I am hoping TNT, AMC or some great channel will pick it up...that was the only thing I watched A&E and I wish DirecTV would just cancel your channel altogether cause Longmire was the only good show you had...

We thoroughly enjoyed this show. It is hard to believe it is cancelled. I only hope it is picked up by someone else. It makes it hard to ever tune into A& E and get interested in their shows. This is the second time we have had our show cancelled with a really unfulfilled stupid ending. We watched the Glades that literally ended with the star shot lying on the floor in a pool of blood.

It's nice to have something else to watch then stupid reality shows that have really uninteresting people on them. Let's keep some really good entertainment on TV like Longmire. What a good show and I like the characters, and the people who play those characters. It's intelligent and interesting. Has TV executives decided that we only deserve to see stupid shows? I think I may just shut down my cable and rent only the movies and programs that are really worth watching. I'm tired of being treated like I'm stupid, and maybe I am, because all I'm doing is making them richer, and in return I am getting inferior TV. TV is becoming a bad joke.

Well, I guess I'll add my complaint to all of these. I cannot say I'm surprised. Anytime a really great show comes on (which is so rare) and I fall in love with it, the idiots in charge cancel it. Even when it's rated very high. This is one show I never missed, about the only one I watched in Real time because I couldn't wait to see it. And A&E is really screwing up canceling it. I join all of you who will now boycott this channel. Guess I'll just stream Netflix reruns.
