A comedy following a gay couple who start a family with the help of a single mother who becomes their surrogate.
Bryan and David are a Los Angeles couple who have it all - with one exception: a baby. When they meet Goldie - a young single mother looking to leave behind her dead-end life and closed-minded grandmother - they enlist her to become their surrogate.

Love the show. Please renew it! I can't stand when they'll take off a new comedy that is new conceptually and add things like "splash" or "bet on your baby". Seriously? Keep The New Normal on the air and give it a chance. Thanks.

This show is HORRIBLE. The way they rely on old stereotypes is pitiful. The writing is terrible and the acting is even worse. I tried to watch it and really tried to like it but that proved to be impossible. They are like modern family without the humor or likability.

This show is AWFUL. Bad talent, bad acting, and story lines that are hard to watch. Also, some of the people making comments regarding this show are ignorant. The comments are from people with obviously low intellect. By the way I am not a "hater" nor a homophobe. I am just saying this show is bad. Replace the show with something with some substance.
