A medical drama following a chaotic emergency room in Los Angeles.
Inspired by an award-winning documentary, this medical drama takes place in the busiest emergency room in the country, where Code Black situations - when there are more patients than personnel or resources to treat them all - occur an alarming 300 days a year.
The outstanding staff of this notoriously overcrowded and understaffed ER work to protect their patients and their ideals by confronting a challenged system that pushes them to their limits.

Such a well written show and CBS goes and cancels it. What a shame - one of the best shows on TV. Bad choice on CBS’s part. PLEASE RECONSIDER

The ending of this show was well written, produced, directed and performed beyond my wildest imagination. Really wrapped up GREAT.

I was checking the internet summer ratings and Code Black has more viewers than Elementary and Salvation and even beat Big Brother one week...so tell me again why Code Black was canceled and they kept Elementary and Salvation???

I can’t believe they have cancelled Code Black, once again a show I look forward to watching some idiots take it off the air.

I am giving up on CBS. I am sticking with ABC, NBC , Netflix and FOX. I am so tired of watching great shows on CBS only to have them cancel them after one, two, or three seasons. So I am done with them and I am encouraging ALL of my friends and family!!! CODE BLACK WAS THE BEST MEDICAL DRAMA that has been on in soooooi many years!!!!!

WHY THE HELL WOULD CBS CANCEL SUCH A GREAT SHOW BUT KEEP TWO BROKE GIRLS ON FOR SO LONG, I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND??? I PRAY THAT ANOTHER MAJOR NETWORK ON TV OR CABLE HAS THE COMMON SENSE, TO GIVE CODE BKACK A FIGHTING CHANCE. CBS cancels a great show like Code Black. But renews Ransom? Uggh. Code Black is a great show, has a great cast and good story lines. Too bad, we really enjoyed it.

Please don't cancel Code Black!!!! Great show with great actors! I look forward to watching it every week. We don't need any more reality tv shows. Please save Code Black!!!!
