It's not that it's silly, It's all stuff and nonsense. And so are the other shows you mentioned, but you missed The Dome...or as I like to call it...The Dumb!

At first we passed on this one - sounded sort of silly. Later in a what the heck moment we downloaded and watched first episode. Before episode one was complete we were downloading episode two for viewing. Silly premise maybe, but if it's headed for an animal apocalypse - is it any sillier a premise than other apocalyptic shows, e.g. WALKING DEAD, FALLING SKIES, LAST SHIP, The 100, et. al. Bottom line, give it a chance, it a different spin.

I think this is an amazing show! Its so different from anything else on TV right now. Its a very intriguing concept. I hope the show continues so we can see where it goes. Also great special effects!

I watched the pilot and there was too much jumping around. I tried the second show and was pulling for the lions to eat everyone.

If the animals are indiscriminately killing all humans...doesn't that make them exactly like us? And why would they attack people who have done them no harm. Basically Patterson is saying "we are controlling the horizontal...we are controlling the vertical...we are controlling all you".........Well, you get the idea. It just doesn't work for me.

Alright, I had low expectations. Thought it would be sensationalized garbage.
But surprise! The pilot at least was good. Interesting main characters. Right amount of eerie mystery and fear.
The premise of a global animal murderous mutation has promise. I have no idea how they intend to drive an entire series with such a premise.

The premise of this series is certainly not a complex one. Seems there is only one objective to this show and that is nothing more than instilling fear in the viewers, and this isn't my cup of tea.
On the outside chance there might be some degree of complexity within the plot, I'll watch an episode or two, but if there isn't more to the plot than animals "murdering" humans, I'll leave this series to others.
