A drama following a wealthy engineer who brings changes to a Chicago Police District.
With the over-extended and under-funded Chicago Police Department spiraling out of control with rising crime, cover-ups, and corruption, things are in dire need of change.
After billionaire engineer Gideon Reeves witnesses the murder of his best friend, he demands that justice be served - not only for his friend but for the entire city. To accomplish this, he puts up millions of dollars to take control over of the troubled 13th District and transforms it into a cutting-edge private police force that is smarter and more efficient than anything before it.

Why take away a show that demonstrates the truth about what the US has become. The democrats want the truth hidden, this clearly shows that we need our President Trump to continue his agenda. Fox you are the best network don't cave in, fair balance and unafraid.

This show was very different and that's what made it exciting to watch. I'm sick of stupid reality shows or cartoons that aren't suitable for children to watch.

Are you kidding us? Cancel the show after one season! This is actually one of the very few shows my husband and I like on television. Oh, please be sure to replace it with another nonsensical vampire show, reality television show or some other program that can continue the dumbing down of America. I see why more and more people have stopped watching television.

Figure anything any good you cancel you keep this up you lose a viewer we don,t want see stupid reality like kicking n screaming how about you cancel them or make them pay per view that what wrong TV anything any good get canceled but let's keep stupid stuff like Gordon Ramsay's who care about his show

It was a good show and I liked the different way of thinking inside a police department. Definitely some of that technology should be used in the real world.

My husband and I enjoy watching this show. There are few shows we do watch on regular TV and this was one of them. What a pity the station can't look beyond numbers!
