A drama following a wealthy engineer who brings changes to a Chicago Police District.
With the over-extended and under-funded Chicago Police Department spiraling out of control with rising crime, cover-ups, and corruption, things are in dire need of change.
After billionaire engineer Gideon Reeves witnesses the murder of his best friend, he demands that justice be served - not only for his friend but for the entire city. To accomplish this, he puts up millions of dollars to take control over of the troubled 13th District and transforms it into a cutting-edge private police force that is smarter and more efficient than anything before it.

Interesting show at first but we gave up after a few episodes because it just seemed a little like work to get through each episode.

This isn't just another cop show, if people would open their eyes this is what our world is coming to, we have Cyper attacks, terrorist, school shootings,work place shootings heck now we have had idiots just deciding to to do mass shootings were they happen to be declare it in the name of whoever worshipping that week,(who's ever rabbit hole the fell in to) we as humans will have decide how far we take technology, I'm sure this all may not be as dramatic of course and I realize this is show is a show however all the technology they have in this show is possible maybe not all the way developed I'm sure someone trying to invent, this series may give people insight as to how much lines will we cross for catching criminals, privacy, no more search warrants they be able to search from a building miles away, with all the technology we are creating, I may sound a little dumb and or crazy lol well OK I am like everyone else's in this world, this just another point of view before calling it a cop show, thank you

Have really been enjoying this show with the family, please don't take it off the air it's a pretty d*** good series, over the past couple years different stations have, cancelled series for low scores for viewers, never looking at the time it's being played or even that half the time it's been moved out 3 weeks because of elections, speeches, trading times of the weeks, it gets confusing for viewers especially the first season, when introducing a more complex subject like technology, for audiences that may not be tech savvy,probably be more interested if the could see any series every week.Thats my opinion give a series more than 12 episodes split up to show people like it. Sorry for long explanation LOL this subject matter been bothering for a while.
