A dramedy following a 1950s housewife whose knack for stand-up comedy alters the course of her life.
Miriam "Midge" Maisel is a Jewish housewife who is married to a successful businessman who moonlights as a comedian. It is 1958 and the two of them live in the Upper West Side of New York City.
When her husband has an affair and leaves her, Midge returns to the comedy club where her husband performed and impulsively gets on stage, where she performs a comedy set about her predicament. After her act was well-received by the audience, Midge teams up with one of the club's employees to work on her act.

This show was renewed for Season 4, obviously COVID got in the way. Are there still plans for Season 4?

Amazing well written show. Love love love I was so upset after catching up on season 2 on demand, excited it renewed! Can’t wait totally would love decades of this show...............
