A drama following a town that is disrupted when a mysterious girl arrives.
In the coastal fishing town of Bristol Cove, a legend has long existed that it was once home to mermaids. When a mysterious girl named Ryn arrives, the folklore is proven to be true. What results is a battle that ensues between the town's residents and these predatory beings who wish to reclaim their right to the sea.

Agree with what Hal said. Really hope they renew for Season 4! The underlying message of this show is really important nowadays especially with what is going on in the world right now.

I just watched the season 3 finale. I've watched this program since its beginning. Tonight's finale was shot in way that it could function as a series finale, if necessary, but there are ways it could easily continue, as well. I came here to check its status. I'm glad it's not cancelled, at least so far. This program promotes love between species as well as between peoples. It needs to continue.
