A drama following a group of refugees during the early days of a zombie apocalypse.
Set in the Z Nation universe, this series follows Rose, a mother who is ripped from her daughter during the onset of a zombie apocalypse. As she embarks on a harrowing quest to find her, Rose joins up with a group of American refugees who are also fighting to reunite with their loved ones.

Just got my Netflix back. Season 1 was great. Season 2 was very good in the first half and great the second. Plenty of holy shit deaths. GIVE ME MORE !!!!!

This show shows how smart people can be absolute morons when it comes to survival. In 2 seasons and they still firing their guns wildly wasting ammo when they know a head shot kills the zombies.
This show is interesting and everyone obviously is expendable. I will watch a season 3 if it comes because I was a big fan of Z Nation.
The different future and past scenes explaining how and where the story was and is, is kind of interesting if you realy pay attention.

Just finished season 2 and I have to say if there is a season 3 and it is as much of a disjointed mess with nothing but a cast of asshats, I am done. This season was a mess of flashbacks with no real story other than everybody is a dick.

Keep it coming Netflix, we need a season 3 & 4 of Black Summer. Keeps me glued straight through like a good long movie. Black Summer should be a themed area at a Netflix "Universal Studios Orlando type" theme park.

I really like this show! Gives a new twist on the zombie experience and I love to watch anything with zombies.
