A drama based on the DC Comics Super Hero team of the same name.
Led by modern-day mad scientist Niles Caulder aka The Chief, the Doom Patrol is a group of freaks with superpowers: Robotman aka Cliff Steele, Negative Man aka Larry Trainor, Elasti-Woman aka Rita Farr, and Crazy Jane.
Each of them previously suffered a terrible accident that not only left them scarred for life, but also with superhuman abilities. But these downtrodden individuals found their collective purpose through The Chief, banding together to investigate the weirdest phenomena known to man.

This show rocks. It's one of the more original superhero shows out there and it's true to it's comic book weirdness in a good way. It's one of my favorite tv shows. I just bought the series off amazon prime and it was worth it. It was only ten bucks for some reason where the other d.c universe shows were 24.00 per season. The show is well liked so get it now.
