A dramedy following a woman stuck reliving her own birthday party over and over again.
Nadia is a misanthropic young woman on a repeating journey where she dies and relives her 36th birthday party in New York City over and over. Trapped in a surreal time loop, she must face her own morality while trying to figure out what is actually happening to her.

Having watched all of season 1, I can say it really didn't deserve a season 2! I'm not even sure it deserved a season 1…

"she must face her own morality" (from above)
Freudian slip?
Never saw (or heard of) Day Break. Having groundhog day time loop episodes is an all-to-common structure in movies (and Star Trek tv episodes) but I had never seen it tried over multiple episodes in a tv series. Seems a bit too repetitive for that.

It's still around chip. Haven't seen it but I sure hope it's still not stuck in the same groundhog birthday time loop - all these years. I read Lyonne produces, directs, and stars. Amy Poehler is a creator too.

I'm about to watch the last two episodes and I really hope I'll be around to see the next season. But don't ask me to define the abstract rationale behind wanting to see more. It's that good!?
