Charlie is a down-on-his-luck DJ whose life has been stuck in a bit of a rut. After reconnecting with a successful friend at a wedding gig, he receives an unexpected job offer that he hopes could lead to getting his career back on track.

But Charlie's plan goes awry when his new job as a nanny to his friend's 11-year-old daughter ends up being more than he bargained for. Spoiled and wise beyond her years, this problem-child knows how to push people's buttons in order to grab the attention of her negligent, career-driven parents.
