A drama following a justice-seeking lawman who becomes the Sheriff of LA County.
When the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department loses its elected Sheriff, a old rule in the county charter thrusts the unwitting Bill Hollister, a fifth-generation lawman who loves seeing justice served, into the job.
While not exactly the job he wanted due to the politics involved, Bill soon learns that following his instincts to pursue justice at all costs is only skill required to get the job done.

Can’t you just let the political crap rest for a while - if it offends you change the station. Like the action and cast - I enjoy the small guy taking on the status quo. Looking forward to more episodes.

I am the most shocked this program is on FOX. Politically correct BS. Can’t we just be entertained? If you don’t want to lose 50% of your first time viewers, don’t open with anti ICE sentiment.

Love this new show !!! The cast is great and I love the writing !!! Wish everyone would just enjoy it for what it is "entertainment" and not make it a political thing just enjoy the action adventure and drama. Not everything has to be politically correct its not real its TV for heavens sake, if you want to make changes in the world do something positive and in the right way to make changes not expect everything on TV to be real that would be so boring and stressful.
