NBC is continuing with the long-running reality competition.

During last night's finale of The Celebrity Apprentice, Donald Trump announced that the reality series would be returning for a 15th season. While Trump's announcement referred to the show as The Apprentice, the show's official Twitter account confirmed the news shortly after and clarified that the celebrity edition of the competition would be returning once again.
The Apprentice, including the celebrity editions, has been on the air for over a decade. The Celebrity Apprentice version of the show, which started in 2008, has all but taken over as its preferred format in recent years. Of the past seven seasons, the original format of the show has only aired once back in 2010.

So this show will continue without Trump. I guess the old idea Trump was paying to keep this show on is out the window. I'm sure they will have his Daughter or Son take over while he runs for President.

Trump pays for the airtime, only explanation for keeping this schlock on the air..there's no reality in reality tv except it is cheaper for the networks. So why does NBC wonder why their overall ratings suck? Nobody wants to invest in decent programs that people will sit down for. I'll watch it when it is worth watching but crap isn't worth my time. Give us tv that makes us think not something that turns us brain dead.

Yep, no rhyme or reason to it, really. Trump manipulates it so the winner is who he wants, or at least the top two is who he wants. Doesn't matter what the rest of the team says. Would be better if the team voted people off themselves, but nope. The Donald is the one in charge.
