The Amy Poehler-led sitcom will return along with The Office and Community.

NBC has announced that "Parks and Recreation" will be returning for a fourth season. The news comes just one week after the show's cast and crew expressed optimism about returning at this year's PaleyFest.
Parks and Recreation's renewal comes alongside two other established NBC Thursday comedies, The Office and Community. 30 Rock was already awarded an early renewal last November. No mention was given to the network's freshman sitcoms, Outsourced and Perfect Couples, which doesn't give them much hope to return in the fall.
Ratings-wise, Parks and Recreation is averaging a 2.8 in adults 18-49 (up 17% from last season) and 5.5 million viewers overall.
