The Canadian drama returns to the U.S.
September 3, 2014
ION Television has picked up the rights to Saving Hope in a deal that will see the Canadian medical drama return to the U.S. for the first time since 2012. The series first aired in the states on NBC two summers ago, where it lasted just 11 episodes before being pulled from the network's schedule due to low ratings. The remaining first-season episodes were put up on nbc.com but the show's second season only aired to audiences up north.
With Saving Hope moving to ION TV, U.S. audiences will now be able to watch the show's first two seasons plus its upcoming third season, which is currently in production.

Hopefully they'll get rid of those migraine-inducing light flares. Pleeeese don't give the lighting engineer a green card!

I watched all of season 1 (it still hurts my brain!! lol) but I just could not get into it. I really thought it would be cancelled after season 2. Very surprised it's still on air. The big thing for me is I couldn't see Daniel Gillies as anyone besides Elijah from TVD and Erica Durance, well she will always be Lois Lane from Smalville to me.

Awww. yay! I'm sure no on remembers this show, but I do! Thankfully my job allows me to watch Hulu a lot and this is where I caught it in the summer of 2012. I was a little jealous I didn't get to watch the 2nd season, but it's even better news there is going to be a third! I really care for the characters and their stories. Even moreso, after main guys surgery what happened next!?!
