The satirical comedy will return in 2019.
June 21, 2018
Netflix announced today that Dear White People has been picked up for a third season. The good news comes the month following another successful run that saw the critically-acclaimed comedy once again garner rave reviews.
Based on Justin Simien's acclaimed 2014 indie film of the same name, the series offers a satirized take on "post-racial" America, following a diverse group of students of color as they navigate a predominantly-white Ivy League college that tends to brush off racial tension.
Look for Season 3 of Dear White People in 2019.

Dear Black People - stay in school, don't drop out, don't join a gang (and slaughter each other), and don't get pregnant at the age of 15. In summary, take some responsibility and make good choices vs playing the victim card.

Dear Black people - get married; stay married and take care of your own damn kids vs turning them over to the government (taxpayer) welfare system. The disintegration of the black family is the single most destructive force in your lives. And that's not white peoples fault...

Nobody needs a "Dear Black People" because everyone automatically listens to white people. As a white person, I'm absolutely sick of hearing about white people. This show is funny and educational. It takes on the topic of whether or not the show itself is racist by using the radio show in the plot as an allegory. It shows the world through different eyes. It shows the little things people can say that they don't even know are racist. It explains why. It does the emotional labor that the people of color around us are sick to death of doing. Everyone should watch it. Even if you do hate it after watching, at least you'll know what you're angry at. The characters are amazing. It's awesome to see POC portrayed as more that just a color.

Dear Black People - stop slaughtering each other through rampant gang violence. The media won't report it, it doesn't fit their narrative that gun violence is the NRA's fault...

Dear Black People
When given the opportunity, how do you represent your race?

I love how this show offends people just based on the title. The show itself isn't one sided like the title suggest. Ignorance is indeed running wild here. And people are asking WHY? Because obviously the ratings are good enough for Netflix to renew it.Some people are actually giving it a chance and not letting the title offend them.

Shows like this are needed to maintain the facade the Democratic Party has so carefully crafted to maintain the votes of the ignorant lemmings who are stampeded solely by their feeeelings du jour. You see, the Democratic Party racism is not limited to anything as simple minded as skin pigmentation, religion, sexual orientation, etc. Nope, they hate all Americans. It's why they have to keep shows like this. To keep the hate alive, and the nation divided.

Just the title of this show is racist-- and turns me off-- I will not even watch the first episode. I'm sick and tired of all of the "race baiting" that the media is engaging in-- it's sick, and counterproductive to society as a whole.
