The midseason drama will continue in 2020-2021.

The CW announced today that In The Dark has been renewed for a third season. The pickup is an early one, as the drama has not yet returned for its sophomore run, which is expected in the coming months.
The series follows a flawed, blind young woman named Murphy, whose life takes an unexpected turn when she comes across a friend's lifeless body while walking with her guide dog. But when the body disappears before the police arrive, they are reluctant to believe her story. That leaves Murphy on a quest to find the truth about what really happened to her friend.
Look for Season 2 of In The Dark in the months ahead, with Season 3 likely to hit in early 2021.

The end of the first season was so disapointing. If they didn't her to be happy, they could fin a better way to make the cop leaving. But making him guilty was so weird, it was like a last minute idea trying to connect all the story together...

Hooked on this show, the actors are outstanding and characters are fun flawed and quirky. Happily on my playlist. Murphy reminds me of Jennifer Aniston, could be sisters.

It was pretty good for about two-thirds of the first season, and then it went downhill fast. The ending was so stupid… not gonna watch season 2.

Watched this on Netflix. It took a few episodes to get going but once I cared about the characters I started to really like it. Glad to see there's more coming.
