The dystopian drama scores an early pickup.
January 19, 2021
It is being reported that Snowpiercer has been picked up for a third season. The good news comes a week ahead the dystopian drama's sophomore premiere on January 25.
Season 1 of the series debuted last May with a second season renewal already in hand. It became the most-watched cable program of that month, making it TNT's best premiere in nearly two years.
Adapted from the film and graphic novel series of the same name, Snowpiercer takes place seven years after the world became a frozen wasteland. Now the only surviving remnants of humanity inhabit a perpetually-moving train of 1001 cars that circles the earth. Within this new society, class warfare, social injustice, and the politics of survival are all in play.

It got better each episode. It has done pretty well for the network so it never matters if you like it or not. Enough do for it to make maney. The end.

Well James, you've made it rather clear why you are so enamored by this "snow."

I tried to get into season 1 multiple times and got through 3 or 4 episodes but it just didn't grab me. I do like Sean Bean so maybe season 2 is better.
